热等静压工艺可用于生产高密度、细晶粒、高性能和特殊粉末冶金材料和制件。为了获得均匀而细化的组织,减少材料损耗,减少后续机加工等工序,越来越多的粉末冶金制品采用了热等静压工艺进行成型及致密化。
l 高压和高温的同时作用可以降低材料烧结温度阈值,降低粉末成型能耗;
